Since our product is a digital service, the refund policy is as follows:

1. Subscription Cancellation
Customers can cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, no further charges will be applied for the subsequent billing period. We offer two cancellation options:
End of Period:
The customer retains access until the end of the current billing cycle, after which the subscription will not renew.
Immediate:
Access is terminated immediately upon cancellation.

3. Refunds
Technical Issues:
If the service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to a technical fault on our part, we commit to refunding the last subscription payment.
Individual Consideration:
Refund requests may also be considered on an individual basis if the platform's functionality does not meet the declared standards and expectations.
